Rotary club Žilina develops partnerships with foreign clubs. In the context of regional cooperation, in particular cooperats with the Rotary Club Ostrava (Czech republic), which made long summer camp Stružielka and Austrian Rotary Club Bruck / Leitha, which made matching grants for autistic school in Žilina.

Sponzor club
By establishing the Rotary Club Žilina act as sponzor club for Rotary Club Piešťany. In the frame of the Rotary Movement Development in Slovakia, Rotary Club Žilina was at the birth of Rotary Club Liptovský Mikuláš, established in 1998 and the Rotary Club of Martin, which was formed in 2005.
