In Kysuce dialect, word "stružielka" means "chisel of folk carvers". Project Stružielka uses this symbolism. It is a summer camp for disabled children, who, with help of their own activity, in framework of aesthetic-thematic games (theatre, dance, music, singing and art), get out of their everyday stereotype. They find themselves next to everybody else and the social pressure disappears.

Founder of project Summer camp Stružielka is Rotary club Ostrava. In 1995, they were joined by Rotary club Žilina and since 2000, Stružielka has been considered as a bearer pile of Rotary club Žilina.
